    It is a request for car rental that in order to be completed, availability needs to be confirmed first.

  • How can I book online?

    Just fill in the information we ask you. Where to pick up and deliver the car, Pick up date and time, Drop off date and time, The type of car you want to rent.

  • Can I book a specific car model or brand?

    If you wish to book a specific car and not a similar one, please send us your request in our email.

  • What is the minimum and maximum period I can rent a car through online reservations?

    The minimum period is (3) days and the maximum is (30) days. If you wish to rent for less than (3) days, please contact us in our email.

  • Can I pay at pickup?

    Yes. You can pay by cash or credit or debit card.

  • I'm going to keep a card as collateral

    Credit card is not required, except for certain types of car SUV Passenger ( 9 seat).

  • Which cards are accepted?

    Visa, Mastercard, American Express.

  • Will I get confirmation for my reservation?

    Yes. after checking availability you will receive a confirmation of your reservation in the (email) you have provided.

  • Is a deposit needed to book a car online?

    Eurorent does not require any deposit to confirm your booking.

  • Can I change my reservation?

    For reservations that have been checked for availability, you cannot make a change. You can book another reservation on request based on the prices that apply at that time.

  • If I cancel my reservation, is there a charge?

    Not as long as we do not request a deposit or credit card, please inform us as soon as possible of the cancellation.

  • What if I don't show up at the pickup?

    In case you do not show up at the pickup of the rented car on the day and time you stated during the online booking, Eurorent has the right to cancel the reservation after 1 hour without any prior written notice.

  • How can I reach you at the airport?

    We will be waiting for you outside the arrivals gate holding a sign with your name, just look for your name.

  • What happens if my flight is delayed?

    If there is a delay in your flight, do not worry about your reservation, we monitor all arrivals online and contact you via email or phone numbers you have provided.

Regarding the driver

  • What are the requirements to rent a car?

    In order for a driver to be able to rent a vehicle, they must be at least 21 years of age for the mini economy categories and 25 years of age for the rest of the categories. Hold a driving licence for at least 1 year. His driving licence should be Greek, European or International for more information on the acceptable driving licence per country

  • Who can drive a car?

    Only those mentioned in the lease as drivers are allowed to drive the car.

  • Is the additional driver allowed and how much it costs?

    Yes. You may add drivers to your contract. Either during the online booking. Either in the process of completing your contract or during the lease. The cost is 3 euro per rental day of each additional driver.

Regarding the use of the car

  • Can I drive the car off the road?

    Eurorent cars, including four-wheel drive, should only be driven on roads with asphalt

  • What happens if I'm late delivering the car?

    All customers must inform eurorent of any delay. There's a 30-minute grace period. After 30 minutes, there is an extra day charge

  • What if I return the car early?

    In case the tenant returns the car earlier than the date shown in the lease agreement, there will be no refund.

  • What if I return the car with less fuel?

    In case the tenant returns the car with less fuel than he received it, he will be charged with the cost of the fuel consumed.

  • What if I return the car with more fuel?

    In case the tenant returns the car with more fuel, for unused fuel there will be no refund.

  • If I have a technical problem or accident what should I do?

    In the unfortunate event of mechanical failure, or in the event of any type of collision (a) you should contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the situation and give you proper advice.   • Can I travel outside Corfu with the rental car?

    To travel outside Corfu you will need the written approval of eurorent, there is an extra charge of 200 euro for each type of car. With the written approval, we offer free transportation of the car back to Corfu in case of accident or damage to a car .The customer should know that we cannot provide replacement of the car with another . Eurorent is not responsible for the transfer /return of the customer to Corfu (cost arrangements) in case of problem.
